It is all the intent of the Plan
Hey All,
It has been an average week. Not too much exciting happening here in our world. The Queen is going a little stir crazy and thinking we need to make a change of some sort. We need to get out of the house or something. We will see what happens.
I have been kind of bored and figure I would stretch it a bit and do something I have not done in a while. Yep, I changed out some 8 sprinkler heads. I still have 2 to fix, but it should not be bad. Hopefully our lawn will turn green soon.

I did have the opportunity to visit with a few of you this week. It was good. It got me thinking. In fact, I am always amazed how some of the event of my week always seem to coincide with the verses I am pondering in some fashion. This is all good.
Any who, the conversation was all about the Holy Ghost and His role in the Godhead. This is pretty deep stuff. I don't have all the answer to something the speculation that was being passed around, but it just was not making sense to me. So then I continued to ponder. My verses this week? Alma 42:8-10.
What is the Plan? From the very beginning, our Heavenly Father has intended to do all He can to bring us all back to Him. It is not His intent to lose any of His children. Unfortunately, the Plan has not worked the way He would want it too. There are several who have chosen to follow a different path. There were some before mortality and now we see some through and beyond mortality. The question is where do we fit in the Plan. What are we choosing?
The Plan has always been for us to learn how to overcome the types of death or separations we experience as a result of becoming mortal. We will all experience Temporal Death. This is not something any one of us has the power to Redeem ourselves from. It requires a Savior. Someone, who through divinely give power, was willing to sacrifice His own mortality and conquer Temporal Death, that we all might be able to be Redeemed from the chains of this separation.
The Plan is that all of us who kept our first estate would have the opportunity, in one fashion or another, have the chance to gain a physical body and be Redeemed/Resurrected from Temporal Death.
The other part of the Plan was to provide a way for us to be Redeemed from the Spiritual Death as well. However, this Redemption was a little more challenging. It requires us to overcome the carnal, sensual, and devilish intents, by nature of this mortal flesh. We must prove ourselves worthy of such Redemption, through Faith, Repentance, Baptism, and Receiving the Holy Ghost.
What a wonderful Plan. It is available to all who are willing to Receive it. What will you choose to Receive?
Just some thoughts. We will All have the opportunity.

Like I said, the Queen is feeling a change of some sort. She needs to get out of the routine or change things up a little. We will see what it brings. It has been a pretty normal week for her. She changed her start time a little, hoping it would be better for her, but now sleep eludes her.
The Professor returned to the classroom this week for a couple days. She will be in full force for the next three weeks before the year ends. It is always a roller coaster. Then she will look to make changes herself as she moves to a Relo. Great advantages there as she will not have to change classrooms each times she tracks on and off.
We didn't hear much from Tall Man or Ehl-Bo this week. From what we can tell, they are just plugging along.
Puddin is attempting to take on a new driving job. We will see what happens. He and Lady Hawkins did a Dirty Dash this weekend and got burnt to a crisp. Hopefully the sting of the burn goes away quickly.
And there you go. Pretty routine.
