Pizza Pizza

It has been just another one of those mediocre weeks.  Time continues to carry us forward.

SnackPack and the Professor enjoyed a short week of school.  They have both done all they can to enjoy the UEA weekend, sleeping in, hanging out, and celebrating life.  SnackPack will return to the grind tomorrow and the Professor will do her best to make the most of a short track break.  I understand she as a few things planned.

The Queen endured her first week working from home.  It did not go as she expected.  There are still a few little things we need to do around the house to make it work, but it will happen.  She did what she does best, adapt.  I will have to do the same in a few weeks as well.

She did enjoy the weekend a little more than normal the past couple days because she was able to accomplish so much more on her breaks during the week.  I look forward to learning what my break time assignments will be.

Tall Man turned in his notice at one closing door and accepted a position at the opening of another door.  Training starts next week.

He also started practices for the festival.  I am sure the practices will continue to increase as we move closer to the season.

Puddin did that same as Tall Man.  He was caught off guard when he was given a shift to work at the Gateway.  I dare say that it has been at least three weeks since he was assigned a shift there.  It just was not worth it.  He let them know that he was resigning and will continue to working in the world down under.

Does that cover us?  We are doing well.  The furry sisters are getting along well.  Zoe is coming out more and more.  SnackPack and Cookie brought Kaula over the other day that put both of the sisters in tizzy, but they survived.  I don't think it is a reason to ban Kaula from the premises.

The DOT made the connection back to 5600 this week.  Now we just need to see a barrier in the median and some lights.  Hopefully it will be finished before first snow.  Not that it will matter much, we will rarely be using that route from day to day.

The Roman Pizza guy named Caesar has made it to our home town.  It is kind of strange to see such developments in our area.  We are patiently waiting for the arrival of a Mexican Timbre.  When they build it, we will come.

Hope all of you have a Happy, Safe, and Glorious week!
