Return to Mundane

Yep, we are back to a semi normal week.  I didn't think happened this week, but still wanted to share.  The only exciting thing that happened to me was that I got to spend the evening with the Queen at JCWs late in the week.  Though the evening did not start out well, I thought it ended pretty good.

SnackPack and  his team made it to finals.  Saturday's game was intense from a spectator's view.  I can only imagine what it was like in the game.  It appeared that the enforcer from the other team was doing his best to beat several players to a pulp.  But they came together as a team and pulled it off.  Several of us are still suffering from raspy throats.

The Professor survived another week.  We have not heard much about the parent meeting, but she did not come home with any physical signs of abuse so it must have been OK in the end.  She is looking forward to a Fall recess this coming weekend.  It sounds like SnackPack and she will spend some time at the temple.

Puddin continues his countdown.  I think he is doing it through Haunted activities.  He has been to several in the past couple of weeks.  I guess that is what comes with a near Hallowed Ween date of birth.  He really gets into the spirit of the season.

Tall Man interviewed for another job this week. I am not sure what the end result was.  I know there was an offer, but I have not heard whether there was acceptance.  I know he had several options running on the side.

The Queen spent her time training this week and will start working from home this week.  It will be interesting as she will also be training most of the week from her new office.  Though we were walking close to the cliffs' edge  on Friday evening, it appears that we have good equipment, not what she wanted, the phone line and net are set up, and now we wait for the change in TV and environment.  It will all work out in the end.

I was out of town for a couple days this week.  I spent some time in the Windy City.  It was a change in pace from the normal routine.  Days were long, people watching was good, and hopefully something good comes of it.

As you set goals this week, attach a name, place, purpose, or method to the goal.  Be specific.  It will help you succeed.  Have a good one!
