The Path is Revealed for us all

Happy Happy Sabbath!

I hope that each of you are making the most of this day.  As I sit here and ponder the happenings of this week, I cannot help but rejoice in the blessings the Lord has bestowed upon my family and my life.  I witness to you that he knows you, is aware of your needs and your wants, and that he will bless you for your righteous endeavors.  I am grateful for his hand in my life each and everyday.

I just sat down and re-read the verses from my pondering this week:

2 Nephi 31:16-17

"And now, my beloved brethren, I know by this that unless a man shall endure to the end, in following the example of the Son of living God, he cannot be saved."

"Wherefore, do the things which I have told you I have seen that your Lord and your Redeemer should do; for, for this cause have they been shown unto me, that ye might know the gate by which ye should enter.  For the gate by which ye should enter is repentance and baptism by water; and then cometh a remission of your sins by fire and by the Holy Ghost."

Maybe it is because of the discussion we were just having on our Zoom session, but I cannot help but focus on verse 17.  In verse 16, Nephi testifies that he knows the things he has received are true, but in 17 he expounds.

I love that the Lord has always given us the guidance we need, as a people, a church, or an individual.  He was shown these things that he might record them for us.

Our prophet today is shown things that we must do in order to enter the gate.

There are patriarchs upon the earth who have been given the same power, to see, to know, and to share.

The things they see are shown unto them that we might know.  What has the prophet seen for us?  What has the patriarch seen for you?  What has been revealed to you?

Once we know, it is up to us to act upon our knowledge.

Our week:

It has been a busy week.  The Queen has been diligent in serving, working, cleaning, cooking, and more.  I love working along side her when I can.  We have had many adventures this week, individually and together.  Again, I am so very grateful for the opportunities the Lord has presented us with to accomplish our goals and righteous desires.

Gus-Gus has been giving the Professor the run for her money this week.  She is counting the days until she can focus more on him for the summer instead of dividing her time.  It will be good for both of them.

We were blessed with the opportunity to hang with Lego this week.  It is so much fun watching him take each step in his development.  He was a ball of energy that just kept in going.  He is keeping Tall Man and Ehl-Bo on their toes.

Lady Hawkins is hoping for changes in work hours and the opportunity to pass certification for better opportunities.  Puddin continues to hit the grind day in and day out.

SnackPack has been in and out this week.  He is settling in to new routines and loving it.
