FB Status
This morning I received an email that asked me to take a look at Facebook. When I opened my page, one of my friends had started a chain status type something. It was the most random thing. She had placed this sentence in her status that was completely off the wall. After you read it, she also made a comment. The rules were to pick up the book that was closest to you, open to page 56, find the 5th sentence and type it into your status box.
I have only see one of these so far, so I don't know what other people are putting in their status box. However, I have been thinking about it all day. I was at home, sitting in our study, when I reached for a book. I did not have many options, but the more I thought about it the more I wondered what that means.
What do we surround ourselves with? What kind of books, movies, music, and images? Are you surrounded with the right stuff? If not, what are you going to do about it?
