Cyles of Life
Isn't it interesting how we some times find ourselves repeating the same circular cycle in life? We see these patterns throughout history. This week, the stock market did a major dive. When you listen to it on the news, they are always comparing this dive to previous dives. They start trying to figure out if this dive is going to have the same affect as on the nation/world/individuals as past dives or was it going to require something more drastic.
Why does it require something more drastic? Why to we continue to rotate through these cycles? Is there a way to get out of the circular rut and move on? I think there is, but it requires something on our part. We need to pay attention to previous cycles. We need to learn to recognize the patterns and seek ways to work around them. We also have help. We have a prophet who will receive and give guidance. If we live worthily, we can receive personal guidance from the Holy Ghost. The important thing is to live worthily and listen. We really need to learn to recognize the whisperings. So I ask, do you know when the Holy Ghost whispers to you? How can you hone your listening skills? What are you doing about it?
