Family Nite

Well, here we are starting another week. We just got back from Ogden. Grandma and Grandpa poured a new drive way. They have lived in that house for years. We moved there in like 1980 or 81. They have needed a new drive way since the day we moved in. Now that everyone is out of the house and they are dealing with retirement, they are starting to do things that should have been done a long, long, time ago. Is this a sign of how long it will take for us to finish our basement? I hope not.

We went there to make a memory. I don't know who the memory was for. I don't think that Grandma and Grandpa were really interested in it. I don't know that Kristian or Ivy will remember it. I don't know if Kira came out for the food or for the hand print. The boys may remember and possibly Austin and Erin, but the real memory was for the sisters. I hope it will be good memory.

I will remember being tackled by Kristian and Ivy. Erin joined in, but it was fun just to play with the little ones. The food was good, the company even better, and the spirit high. Does this count out as family nite? Did we have a lesson? Was it what I planned on doing? What constitutes a family nite? I think this counts. I will save my lesson idea until next week. Hopefully we won't rotate. I will let you know how it goes.

Hope you make the most of yours where ever you may be.

Love ya,

Dad
