Sweetheats or Jailbait

"Hey there Momma"

Well, as you can see, we have another charmer in the family.  Several weeks ago, he was invited to attend the Sweetheart's Dance with this pretty little lady.  It took he a while, but he finally answered her and said yes. 

I don't have pictures of the day activity, so I will just have to show you the pictures after they cleaned up.  I understand they spent some of the morning and afternoon making war at some peace park.  The girls had fill the toes of knee highs will flour and they had a flour war.  I got to clean up the after math on the clothes.

The pretty lady picked him up about 5:30.  The group was supposed to meet at a local church building for group pictures.  We arrived early and took some of the pictures above.  As you look at these pictures please not that the temperature was somewhere in the high 30's.  The young ladies were freezing.  I would also add that not one of the young men were wearing jackets.  They all showed up in vests.  What were they thinking? 

When everyone one arrived, we had to teach the boys a lesson.  I know it was Sweethearts, the girls each asked a member of this motley crew, and they were even driving, but not one of them got out of the car first.  The girls had to open their own doors.  After being chastised against the wall for a few minutes, they all became a little theatrical, imagine that.

I wonder who started all the moves.  The girls were all standing behind us with arm pit buddies trying to keep their hands warm and the guys are just messing around.

It was at this point that I thought they were all going to break out in song, "Jail House Rock" or something like that.  Guess who was leading with the Presley moves?

All in all they had some fun.  After standing around for some 30 or 40 minutes, I left the mothers of the group to finish taking pictures and drove home.  They were crazy to be out in the cold.  I am surprise these young ladies did not lose fillings or something, their teeth were chattering so bad.
