My mind has pondered several verses of scripture throughout my life time.  I don't know that I really have a favorite.  I find that each time I open the Bible, Book of Mormon, Pearl of Great Price, D&C, Ensign, Friend, New ERA, and/or listen to or read the words of living Prophets today, I am filled with joy and understanding.  I find hope.  I find purpose.  I find strength to keep putting one foot in front of the other.

Most recently, a verse of scripture that has stood out in my life is Doctrine and Covenants 90:24 - 

Search diligently, pray always, and be believing, and all things shall work together for your good, if ye walk uprightly and remember the covenant wherewith ye have covenanted one with another.

It has been an answer to my prayers.  I receive comfort and guidance for those things that are currently troubling me.  I am reminded that He believes in me enough to allow me to face what I am facing right now, it is not always fun, but He believes that I can do it.  I must believe in Him enough to believe in myself.  As I continue to faithfully do these things, it will all work together for my good.  This is His promise.  I just have to keep doing my part, hence the covenant part of this verse.
