Proactive
Things at work have been a little interesting over th past few days. All of our supervisors going through their monthly reviews. This happens every month. They are all use to them. However, this month it was announced that they will be getting raises next year. The percentage of the raise will depend upon their performance reviews. Thus enters the interesting part.
I have suddenly had supervisors coming to me about things they think would be beneficial for agents. They are suddenly becoming proactive with their jobs and the responsibilities. It makes me wonder why they have not been proactive previously. I know that some of them have been in the past, but not all of them.
Life is that way as well. We should always be looking at ways to improve, not only our lives, but lives of others. We are here on probation. We are going to be tested. Our eternal salvation depends upon what we do in this life. We cannot wait until the day before the test or the day we know we are going to be judged to start making changes in our lives. We need to be looking at that all the time. Be Proactive. Make a difference.
