1 Nephi 2:14

In the last few lines of verse 13, it sounds like Lehi was also in danger from his own family. Lehi speaks to them by the power of the priesthood. Did he know the thoughts and intents of their hearts?

We see that they did shake before him. He was able to confound them. Thus, we know there was contention. How do you think Lehi handled this conflict?

Did he beat them into submission? Did he ground them? Did he take away their inheritance? How do we handle conflicts?I have a feeling we need to handle things differently in our own family. We need to be guided by the power of the priesthood. How can we be guided if we do not understand this power? How do we change that in our home?
